After almost 5 years of forcefully sticking my mandible forward, I can report nothing but success.
My mandible has been naturally "glued" forward.
My relaxed resting pose is now unrecessed, I even keep it subconsciously while sleeping.
Improved my overall posture, I no longer push my neck forward like I used to do as a child.
Never experienced TMD/TJDs except maybe two weeks since I started doing this.
Finally, I gained 2 PSL points by doing this alone.
